• Home must be valued between $80,000 and $250,000
• Home must be a single family, residential property sitting on less than 2 acres
• Home must have at least 2 bedrooms
• Home must be in "Good" or better condition
• Home must meet FHA underwriting guidelines

• Homeowner cannot be in default on any loan or filing for bankruptcy.
• CertainSale will not accept multi-family apartments, mobile homes, modular homes, or vacant lots.
• Unusual properties or floorplans may disqualify a home. CertainSale will inspect the property to determine eligibility.
• Homeowner must submit application to CertainSale prior to or within 30 days of listing the home for sale.
